Tele-centre stationed a team of technical support specialists at the client’s premises where the client was able to train these specialists on their products and services. This ensured that the technical specialists have the right knowledge.

Tele-centre also provided on-phone trouble shooting as well as desk-side support to assist in-house users on day-to-day technical issues. This included support for basic application issues and desk-side fixes relating to laptops, network issues, etc.
